Most clients at B. Sweet Lash Wax & Medspa are loyal to specific technicians and plan to return. The team includes Alyssa, Savannah, Mia, Cinthia, LeAnn, Brooke, and Rosanna, who make personalized recommendations rather than pushing services.
Staff guide clients toward appropriate choices and explain procedures clearly. However, some clients report confusion about pricing for specialized treatments. One paid over $200 for lash services and was concerned about additional charges for follow-up appointments within the same week.
Pricing transparency varies by service and technician.
