Refund Policy

Removery packages and services are non-refundable unless their medical director determines you can no longer safely receive treatments. When this happens, you will be refunded only for unused sessions at the discounted package rate, minus a fee of up to $100. The refund is processed within 45 days via your original payment method.

No-Show Policy

Missing an appointment or modifying it without at least 24 hours' notice results in a $50 late fee. Removery keeps a valid debit or credit card on file and will charge the fee to that card or add it to your balance due at your next visit.

Financing Options

Removery says everyone gets approved for a payment plan, no matter your credit score. Their financing program, called Removery Choice, works with several different lenders to find you a monthly payment that fits your budget. You can pay it off in monthly installments, in one lump sum later, or a mix of both.

Removery in this location has a treatment team described as professional, efficient, and friendly. The core technicians are praised for their warmth, their ability to explain the process, and for making clients feel at ease during sessions.

Pricing is described as affordable relative to competitors by some clients. Treatment efficacy concerns appear in a meaningful number of reviews.

Multiple clients describe several sessions with little to no visible change, including one client who completed several sessions on a pink tattoo and saw no improvement. At least two clients mention finding a different provider using the same type of laser for significantly less cost.

These concerns about results coexist with generally positive feedback about the staff.
