This Renewal Laser Clinic location (a second location for the same practitioner network) continues the strong reviews found at the other Renewal location: the owner is praised for being kind, funny, and genuinely caring about the process. A second staff member at this location is praised for being friendly and thorough in explaining the process, and for completing a first session the same day as consultation. Pain is honestly described as significant but the staff handle it with humor and support.
One review notes some facility inconveniences including no water fountain and a distant bathroom.
