The clinic successfully treats both new and older tattoos, including those darkened multiple times over the years. The owner, performs tattoo removal treatments and offers free consultations to evaluate tattoos and discuss treatment options. He prepares clients by explaining what will happen during sessions and what to expect. They also send appointment reminders and maintain punctual scheduling. The process is described as surprisingly comfortable, and pricing is considered more than fair compared to competitors in the area.
