Customers express frustration with unexpected costs and unclear pricing policies at Valley Tattoo Removal. The clinic advertises a $99 minimum rate for tattoo removal, but customers are charged $115 for tattoos exceeding what staff classify as "2x2" dimensions, even for smaller tattoos measuring 1.5" by 0.5". An additional mandatory $60 charge applies for post-removal products, which customers discover during their appointment rather than during initial consultation.
