The Austin Tattoo Co. in Austin, Texas is a full-service tattoo shop with laser removal, piercings, and custom tattooing. The removal practitioner, Chelsea, is praised by multiple reviewers for being knowledgeable, reassuring, and skilled at non-standard procedures including removing difficult piercing jewelry. The shop is clean and the staff are friendly.
A small number of reviews are critical of the removal experience: one describes an artist becoming progressively rude during sessions and prioritizing walk-ins over booked removal appointments. This complaint is isolated to a specific provider and not reflected in the majority of feedback.
